TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. WHO THESE TERMS ARE BETWEEN

These terms are between Colin Maurice Shoemaker, trading as 1:1 stress coaching (see the Legal Notice for full contact details), and the client who books the "From Stressed to Unstoppable" program.

2. THE SERVICE

The program consists of six 1:1 coaching sessions of 90 minutes each, held online on Zoom approximately every two weeks, plus weekly office hours and a personal stress protocol prepared for the client. Sessions are booked directly through the scheduling page provided after purchase.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The current price is shown on the sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase. Payment is a one-time payment, taken in full at checkout through the payment provider shown there. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged and none is shown on invoices.

4. BOOKING AND RESCHEDULING

After payment, the client books their first session using the calendar link on the thank-you page. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting stresscoachcolin@gmail.com. Sessions missed without notice may not be rescheduled.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal from this contract. Full details are set out on the separate Right of Withdrawal page.

6. NATURE OF COACHING

Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at supporting the client's personal and professional development. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and is not a substitute for such care. The client is responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support where needed.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

8. LIABILITY

Coaching is provided with reasonable care and skill. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. This does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This program uses third-party services to operate, including Systeme.io for the website, checkout, and email; a payment provider such as Stripe or Klarna for payment processing; and Zoom for sessions. Use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by German law. For consumers, this does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
