RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This page applies to consumers who purchase the "From Stressed to Unstoppable" coaching program.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract, that is, the day you complete your purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Colin Maurice Shoemaker (contact details on the Legal Notice page, email stresscoachcolin@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal text below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

EARLY START OF THE SERVICE

If you asked that the coaching sessions begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you will be required to pay an amount proportionate to what has already been provided up until the point you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. Once the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal ends even if the 14 days have not yet passed, but only if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right of withdrawal once it was fully performed.
