1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Colin Maurice Shoemaker, trading as 1:1 stress coaching, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Full contact details are on the Legal Notice page.

2. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED

When you visit the sales pages, this site and its hosting platform record standard technical data such as your IP address and browser information, needed to serve the page. When you join the waitlist or book a session, we collect the name and email address you provide. When you make a purchase, the checkout collects your name, email, address, and payment details, and passes payment details directly to the payment provider you choose. When you book a coaching session, your name and email are shared with the scheduling and video-call tools used to run that session.

3. WHY THIS DATA IS PROCESSED

Data is processed to operate the waitlist, process payments, deliver the coaching program, schedule and hold sessions, send you emails about your purchase or booking, and keep basic technical logs needed to run the site securely. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you, and, for the waitlist, your consent.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS

This site is built and hosted on Systeme.io, which processes data on our behalf to run the website, checkout, email, and booking pages. Payments are processed by Stripe or Klarna, depending on which you choose at checkout; we do not see or store your full card details. Coaching sessions are held on Zoom. The site also uses Sentry, an error-monitoring service, to detect technical problems. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. HOW LONG DATA IS KEPT

Purchase and invoice records are kept as long as required by German tax and commercial law, generally ten years. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes. Coaching notes are kept only as long as needed to provide the program.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact stresscoachcolin@gmail.com.

7. COOKIES

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, such as keeping you logged into the checkout process. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
